Added more sidebar & notebook rules to reduce tablet usage and make the mod more beginner friendly.

Updated game mat locations so they won't overlap with each player's 3D hand area/space. You can now put down your up/downgrades properly!

Also moved White Player's mat to Teal to preserve custom table image.
