Big update, and small hotfixes

* All hull is now Combat steel (best there is)
* All outter windows are improved
* More labels for all those cargo boxes
* Lights on the roof, upon apporach / standing there
* 5 Parking zones for SV on the roof now
* More tanks, 40 now
* Better stopping (more backwards thrusters)
* Actually labeled several boxes within the device-list

Big update!
* 2 Entries, left and right.
* 1 Drill + 2 Harvest boxes
* 2 Rocket Turrets
* +1 Cannon turret (max 6 now)
* Reworked sensors
* Escape (now!) from high gravity, tested on custom 2.7G planet (toggle for power safe!)
* Extra power safe (and RCS disable bug hotfix)
* More cargo boxes, + few labels
* More auto power safe when not in base (ligts, leds)
* More Food / Medic plant-space
