Added Sunset Shimmer mount/summon and some audio

Replaced most .wav files with .fuz, bringing the mod under 100MB so the add-on with extra sound files should no longer be necessary. If the sound doesn't work, let me know, and you can get the .wavs from Nexus, Version 5.6.1 under Optional Files (the main file also has .fuz and no .wav).

Fixed wrong audio on some mounts

Added Trixie and Maud companions/polymorphs/summons/mounts, Vinyl mount, removed all abilities from mounts, returned dragon default speed to normal, Spike will need an optional file from Nexus to move fast again (which will make all dragons move very fast while on the ground).

8/14/14: Changed squeeing to occur less. Removed bouncy footsteps. Add-on to replace them if anyone wants them back is on nexus.

7/26/14: Added Vinyl Scratch summon and polymorph with bass cannon ability. Inflicts soul drain and does a lot of damage over time. Must be aimed or it will not work.
Removed most old "summon" spells and converted several spells to lesser ability (shout, usable while transformed) to reduce clutter.
Also added general summon companion spell.
