Technology frozen in time (Marathon speed)

Beskrivning
While building and unit production speeds remain the same as regular Marathon speed games.
Wonders build slightly slower.
And the Scientific progress has been halted almost completely for all eras up until Modern.

Modern era is not supported (as research time is in the negatives, so research completes immediately).

This mod can be used to stage different civilizations from the same eras - one against another, to see who is better (and negate all scientific progress that can affect results)

Based on a mod by Xenophage.

IIRC it's problematics due to game balance mechanics.
But you can play this mod in "quick game" speed, and see what happens...

If you made a version of this where the research takes just as long but everything else is on quick game speed time I will marry you

Sorry, playing on a different speed will change the research speed, thus it will no longer "be frozen in time", just slower...

is that possible other game speed? i dont want play marathon
