[PR] Flactine's City-States - Definitive Edition

This is the Definitive Edition of [GS-Beta] Flactine's Game & Anime City-States.

You need the Gathering Storm Expansion and Project Rush: Stirring.

The MOD adds 16 city-states from other games and anime.

Some city names have been changed compared to the Beta Version.

Some City-states has been changed to hero, in Extra Heroes.

Ashina → NIGHTHAVEN
The city-state "Ashina" has been changed to the hero "Sekiro".

Kamuro Town → Brighton
The city-state "Kamuro Town" has been changed to the hero "Clarissa Bernhard".

Dust City → Anywhere City
The city-state "Dust City" has been changed to the hero "Andy Law".

Saturnian → STILE
The city-state "Saturnian" has been changed to the hero "Princess Remedy".

Some City-states has been upgraded to Civilization.

Karoshi Factory → Meirocho
City-state "karoshi factory" has been upgraded to Karoshi CIvilization.

Sakuragaoka Academy → PINE RECORDS
City-state "Sakuragaoka Academy" has been upgraded to K-On Civilization.

Glitch City → Asougi City
City-state "Glitch City" has been upgraded to Glitch City Civilization.

The icons of some city-states have been changed.

NIGHTHAVEN:
For every campus district within your civilization, all land ranged units gain +2 Ranged Combat Strength (up to a maximum of +20 Ranged Combat Strength).

Arstotzka:
Religious units and Rock Bands from other civilizations were banned from your border.

Brighton:
At the start of the turn, all Barbarian combat units in your territory will be killed.
From Game - Police Simulator: Patrol Officers.

Asougi City:
All cities with more than 10 Citizens can provide +1 Science from each Citizen, and city's decreases growth by 10%.
From Game - Dohna Dohna ~ Let's Do Bad Things Together.

Shiomi Academy:
All units are immune to all natural disasters.
From Anime - A Good Librarian Like a Good Shepherd.

Aperture Lab:
Allow transport of land units between city centers.
From Game - Portal.

Anywhere City:
+3 Production yield for all uninviting and disgusting plots.
From Game - Grand Theft Auto 2.

Avon:
The bonus of Production yield of city from Amenity is tripled.
From Game - How to Build a Magnificent Kingdom.

Sky Bean Land:
Plots with luxury resources produce +3 Gold yield, and extra +2 Gold yield if the plot is improved.
From Game - Bounce Tales.

Coin Town:
City with palace, Government Plaza or Diplomatic Quarter gain +100% Gold yield (can be superimposed).
From Anime - Panda's Paradise.

Stile:
+100% Gold adjacency bonuses for Commercial Hubs, and extra +100% Gold adjacency bonuses when it is on a Charming or Breathtaking plot.

Mount Sanqing:
Land melee units' combat victories provide Faith equal to twice of the Combat Strength of the defeated unit, and spreads its Religion to nearby cities.
From Game - Surrender the Devil.

Littlewing Orphanage:
Purchase Apostle and Rock Band required Faith reduced by 50%.
From Anime - Angel's 3Piece!.

Meirocho:
Receive 2 extra level of Diplomatic Visibility, all Religious Units triple the usual Combat Bonus for having a higher level of Diplomatic Visibility than their opponent.
From Anime - Urara Meirocho.

PINE RECORDS:
Cities without Govenors can provide +1 Culture from each Citizen.
From Anime - Ongaku Shōjo (lit. "Music Girls").

Seisho Academy:
All combat units provide +1 Culture yield per turn.
From Anime - Revue Starlight.



Avon's ability will continue to be in effect, even after the loss of suzerainty. There is no solution yet.
