@tyberzann69 if you can't upgrade your perks, you're fucked. You have to uninstall the game and reinstall it

Is there any way to get rid of this? Now that I have it, I can't upgrade my perks. When I die or quit the game, all my new progress disappears. Please help me.

Sometimes doing a cache check of files of the game,fixes problems with mods not working..

Same problem. Mutator shows up, but guns don't appear in shop.
