it looks very good but 17 different trees and 2 different props are a bit too much.

The stats used to be balanced when uploaded, but one of the updates or DLCs changed the building stats.

@ClaraWaffles Who cares if is not balanced to vanilla game. Is a MOD, if you want vanila status play with vanilla assets.

upkeep is $104/week when vanilla is $160/week, water and electricity are not even close to a similar ratio to vanilla. and 4x vanilla student capacity. Unbalanced. Too bad because it looks cool.
