This guide was made for a friend of mine named Keith. This is what i reccomend.


Health potions become a necesity when grinding, especially when you are around level 40.
I used Large health pots.
It will take under a day to get to level 50, especially if you are on the double xp servers.
Some classes will need to gain more AP early for a quicker clear, Probably classes like warrior and valk. Other classes dont need to get as much AP earlier, such as Tamer.

(THIS GUIDE IS OUTDATED BY NOW, it still works however there are much faster ways to level up now)

Just quest up until level 17. I stop around when i reach a farm and have to kill these pumpkin things.

It is a good idea to kill a few more of those tree spirits as they give decent xp.

Goto Castle ruins. Pick up as much loot as possible. It is advised to go into the actual castle. Be careful of the little boss, he can pack a punch.

Bloody monastery is the place to go. Go inside the courtyard place, there are many enemies to kill here. Remember to get as much loot as you can.

Goto Khuruto. Look for the cave and enter it, there should be many mobs here. Remember to loot as much as you can. You will probably need a few pots now.

Refugee camp. Others refer to this as abandoned land as that is the node it is next to. Remember to loot as much as possible here.

Marni's lab. Farm those robot dogs (Chimeras). Remember to pick up loot. Start to take many pots now, they will help alot.

Catfishman Camp. For this place, it is reccomended to bring many pots (I would take 150 Large HP pots). It is also reccomended that you upgrade your gear a bit for this place as if you dont, you will find yourself not doing much damage, and it will feel like it will take some time.

This choice for leveling now is optional.

I would reccomend going to Helms Post, there are many mobs here, however, some of them pack a punch, especially the hunters (crossbow guys). When you loot, when you get a full inventory (reach max weight) it is reccomended to make a trip back to heidel to sell your stuff or place them in storage.

If you cannot handle Helms, try going to Manes Hideout. I personally have not been there myself to grind but many reccomend it if you cannot handle Helms.

If you have enough AP and dont die easily, then you could go to Elric Shrine (Elric Temple w/e).

I personally used Helms post for level 52-56 as Maehwa on around 105 AP and 100 DP and did fine there.

Remember to take many pots.

Keep in mind that level 55-56 will be the longest level for grinding.
