@Räikkönen as far as I know if the other mod does not touch the database files of drivers,designers, and mechanics. And I had to start a new save when playing this mod. since as far as I can tell database files are first ran upon starting a new save then when loading a save it loads the data from there.

Will this work even i already have a Career (Mod based) playing?

@Kristensen I just followed what I read on this page http://www.motorsportmanager.com/en-us/content/making-most-steam-workshop and edited the database files.

where do you guys make your databases?

Do not worry about it and I understand.

☻⌐☺ it does not make sense at all. However, it allows for a slightly different way to play since with the peak age set 100 your designers, drivers and mechanics will not peak on their skills any time soon and you'll be able to grow their skills for a long time. I made this mod so that I did not have to find younger drivers because mine were being affected from skill decay due to age. Isn't that what modding is about allowing more ways to play a game you enjoy.

however, i see how this could make sense as a mod, so I'm not trying to take away from the legitimacy of this being a mod in any way.
