im not sure if im the only one with this issue

but this is the only version of half life that works on gmod

please add this for other half life games please, like blue shift or opposing force

No. You already have a free version of HL:S that comes for free with Half-Life 2, which Valve was gifting to everyone for an entire month. If you don't have HL2 then that's entirely your fault.

I wonder. Will it work with HL Deathmatch installed, instead of HL Source? I gotta test this. I simply MUST play the most awful version of HL, but more convenient map-wise
