Hypercubedoko's Blue Ship Reskin

Description
Just a simple mod the replaces all the vanilla ships with blue variants.

Just like my other mods, this mod is clientside!

The mod is now finished after about 3 hours! Some ships won't be changed, simply because a floran ship doesn't look very good in blue.

Stiffa's talking about a mod called Tier 9 Ships, which has tiers past Condor license.

I have never heard of T9-T10, but i'll look into it.
