Thinking on it, what about if I just removed the +1 food from unemployed citizens? Surely there'd be a cap once all tiles are worked and specialist slots filled unless I'm misunderstanding the maths. Still immensely strong with Freedom but less broken maybe? Planning to remove the +2 science whilst I'm at it to focus it more on health, not that it makes too much difference at this stage.
I was aware of the tenet when making this but didn't realise the maths behind it caused that effect. Perhaps I'll review and amend. Thanks for mentioning that.
That... I had not considered, didn't realise the effect stacked. Hmm... well it's still a really late game National Wonder that requires a pretty expensive building in every city considering a Hospital is also required and since every nation can build it, there is still an element of balance. Additionally, by this point many armies will be using armoured and siege units which don't get the effect. But, yes, it could be exploited, thanks for pointing that out though I don't plan changing it at this moment.
Thanks, as I've mentioned, no good at making custom icons, the Silk resource icon therefore seemed the most suitable of the existing range but I agree it's a little dull for a buildling.
Thanks for Sharing! Thumbs up.
It's a good idea but I wouldn't know how to implement that. Besides, trade troutes can exist between cities without roads anyway but I appreciate the idea.
