Blue Cursor

Description
Changes the color of the cursor from red to blue, applies not only to all varients of the cursor but also to the crosshairs, charging crosshairs, and the joystick as well.

No, but I could probably whip up an orange variant real quick a little later. Download this one for now and tell me if it works, I made this mod a long time ago so it may not work anymore

Aren't most the the cursor icons unused? I thought only the arrow, magnifying glass and the crosshairs were used.
