Description
Just like my other mod Parliament: Kingdom of England Edition. This version is for France. It adds 20 new Couniclors to the Kingdom. I've done my best to recrate the Estates General from the time, there is now 5 Representatives of the First Estate (Clergy), 10 Representatives of the Second Estate (Lords) and 5 representatives of the Third Estate (Mayors). I've also added the Château de Versailles to Paris (currently it can be built in any city within the Paris province, I am looking into that.) whilst I know that Versailles wasn't built until the 1600's it was the only building I could find that housed the Estates General on a permanent basis. If someone could tell me what the historicaly accurate name would be, for where the Estates General met during the CK II time period I would really appreciate it.

An event has been added, The Decleration of the Rights of Man. The event is triggered when your character has the traits arbitrary, cruel and greedy. You also need to be in control of the Kingdom of France and to have the law Abolished the Council. You will be presented with an option, to either grant or deny The Decleration of the Rights of Man. If you deny then within a year a revolt will begin to empower the council. If you grant it, then the Estates General will be established and you will gain a small bonus.

I hope you enjoy, please rate the mod and feel free to comment any ideas you think will make this mod better.

For the palace of Versailles (or the palace of justice, or the Louvre), in order to limit it to Paris only, add the line:

potential = {
FROMFROM = { title = b_paris }
}

to the building file.

I don't know if it can help you, but if you want to do something more accurate for the place where the estates general took place (I'm pretty sure I've made a mistake in this sentence, sorry) I see two solutions : the Louvre castle (not the palace, wich was built in renaissance, but the médieval castle, built between 1190 and 1202), or the Justice palace of Paris, built in XIIc. The Estates general took place on both of these building, once in each others (they almost never happen in the same place). But the justice palace was the house of the Paris parliament, so I think this one should be better. Oh, and by the way, can you give some order (clergy and nobles) more power ? Because in the Estates general, the third estastes has more representatives, but the nobles and the clergy had more votes. It would be awesome if you could add this to your mod
