this appears to be a corpse that 049 reanimated but there is a zombie doctor who appears to be not infected by 049, but 008/

Yes, this is one of the many models considering the incision on his chest, if it was an SCP-008 zombie it'd have a bit of blood on it and white eyes.

well, to give you the origin of this model.... it was one of 10 zombies found in a paid dlc for a program called "FPS Creator" by TGC. There was a fat one, a more deformed version of this with his ribs sticking out, a bald girl, and the other 6 were ported and modified from L4D 1.
