Description
Leader : Nagato
Ability : Big seven's Power(Nagato)
- When they eliminate a unit, they heal up to 50 hit points.
- Allows coastal raiding for all naval melee units.
- Culture Bomb adjacent tiles when completing an Encampment or Industrial Zone inside friendly territory.

Leader : Mutsu
Ability : Big seven's Power(Mutsu)
- Allows coastal raiding for all naval melee units.
- Holy Site and Harbor districts in half the time.
- Builders receive an additional charge.

Leader : Taiho
Ability : Maizuru Sky
- +50% Production toward all air units.
- +2 Production from Aerodrome, Hanger and Airport. +4 Culture from Airport.
- +1 Science from Copper, Iron, Silver and Mercury.

Civilization : Imperial Japanese Navy
Ability : Peoples of the Sea
- All units gain ocean navigation capability as they can get on board.
- Gain one free builder at the beginning of each new era.
- +1 Culture and +1 Science from coast and ocean.
- Units do not receive damage from Hurricanes. Civilizations that are at war with Peoples of the sea receive +100% unit damage from Hurricanes in Peoples of the sea territory.(in GS only)

Unique Unit : Nagato Type Battleship
- Replaces the Battleship. Stronger than the Normal Battleship. 4 Movement.
- +10 Combat Strength if there is at least one Destroyer adjacent.

Unique Unit : Nagato Type DDG
- Replaces the Missile Cruiser. Stronger than the Normal Missile Cruiser.
- +10 Combat Strength when defending against ranged units.

Unique Unit : Taiho Type Aircraft Carrier
- Replaces the Aircraft Carrier.
- +3 Strength, +1 Air slots.

Unique Building : Imperial Navy Yard
- Replace the shipyard.
- +25% combat experience for all naval units trained in this city.
- Bonus Production equal to the adjacency bonus of the Harbor district.
- +2 Science, +1 Housing, +2 Great Admiral points per turn.
- +1 Food for each House Boat in this city.
- +1 Production on all unimproved Coast tiles for this city.(in GS Only)

Unique Infrastructure : House Boat
- Unlock Technology : Ship Building
- +1 Gold, +1 Production, +1 Housing.
- Can be built on Coasts and Oceans.

...Thou given that she IS and alway's WAS the Flagship of the Japanese Navy (yamato only gaining the combined fleet flagship status), it would be a welcome addition given the fact that japan took more damage from the bombs than nagato ever did.

@olit, she sank duo to damage that already existed but was quickfixed. The nuke just prevented repairs (she would have survived both, like prince eugen did btw.). Without the damage she took weeks prior (bombardment from airstrike) she would have ben in top condition. Hell, the first bomb should have vaporized her already (given it was kinda revenge to drop the first one DIRECTLY onto her, and she sustained little to no damage from it (save the entire crew would be dead given the nukes nature of radiation and stuff).

Shure, in kancolle she mentiones the nuke mutliple times, yet it wasnt the nuke ultimatly killing her. They even TRYED to save her from the damage, yet risking their own life for it was out of question (they didnt even save USN ships from that after the tests)...

If this will get an update, how about giving Nagato an agenda to make her dislike civs who build nukes? I mean, considering what happened to the ship...

Heal 50 HP on kill is intentional.

It seems that boosts are much less powerful for this civ, about 35-40% instead of 50%. Is that intentional or a bug? If intentional, perhaps you should make it clear on the mod?
