This is unstable version of [Hk]Config++
Use it for tests - and for tests only. No support will be provided for those who run into any problems.

This mod allows you to change how game behaves, making game easier or harder. It also adds player ranks (text commands only - no GUI of any kind so far!) and ability to define moderators capable of containing troublesome players - but not breaking save (... depending on specified permissions).
