Engram Unlocker [May'22 ~ Still working]

Do you play on a high xp server and find that unlocking all engrams takes to long, than this mod is for you!

This mod adds an item that unlocks all the engrams.
Normally, when you start on new server, you will have to spend like 10 minutes to unlock engrams. But now you can just craft one item and use it to do so.

FAQ:
Q: Does it unlock ALL engrams?
A: Yes, including the tek engrams.

Q: Does it unlock mod engrams?
A: Yes.

Q: So whats the difference between this mod and the GiveEngrams command?
A: Now a player doesn't need admin permission to get all engrams.

Q: Does it unlock disabled engrams?
A: No.

In "SteamApps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini"
Use false to unlock all the engrams in the game.
Use true to only unlock all the available ones.
Defaults to false if you dont have this in your .ini file
