This is a low residential UK semi-detached house pack based on a common council (or ex-council) UK semi-detached style found in many suburban, working class and lower middle class areas.

The model is based on my previously realised semi-detached house and has been reworked with new higher detail textures and gardens which require no additional prop assets.

I recommend using these with the excellent ’Building Themes’ Mod by BloodyPenguin to control where the houses grow.

The plot depth is 3x3 (including garden) so the suggested distance between roads is 8 units leaving 6 units for back-to-back spawning which looks more realistic. If you make it 9 units a central path works well. The corner houses will help to give your districts a more consistent layout.

I will eventually create further packs based on my other terraced, semi-detached and detached house assets.

@N3XUS12 Using the map theme has no effect on save games as it just effects the textures that display the environment. There is no issue with using the theme without the roads. They are separate elements that don't interact.

Hi mate, these models are great. Just out of curiosity though, I'm experiencing the same issue as Uncle Fat in his previous comment below from 2019. As gorgeous as these houses are, I can't stand the ruined look they have on conventional map themes.

I saw you recommended the UK road map theme, but I'd rather keep the roads as they are. Will subscribing to that theme alone without any road assets solve the ruined issue without changing my roads? I'd just try it anyway but don't want to ruin my save!
