Giant ? Block

Inspired by Super Mario Brothers 3, Giant ? Block is a secret pool active item that spawns a random passive power-up for Isaac. Be warned each power-up only lasts until Isaac gets hit or starts a new level. Isaac can only hold only one power-up at a time.

As this is my first mod feel free to offer any suggestions to improve the mod or make it more fun. I'm looking for graphics help if anyone is interested. Also open to adding items from other mods as well. I give full permission to anyone who wants to take my mod, code, or graphics and do what they want with it. Type "giveitem Giant ? Block" in the mod console to give yourself the item.

Spoilers
1) Guppy Suit - nerfed (25% fly generation) version of Guppy.
2) Beelzebub Suit - Lord of the Flies transformation.
3) Lava Rose - Isaac shoots bouncy Fire Mind tears and is immune to the explosion.
4) Statue Suit - Gnawed Leaf effect and luck up.
5) Flying Tooth - Isaac flies around on a giant tooth shooting Tough Love tears, Parasitoid tears, and occassionally spawning spiders. Speed down.
6) Poop Suit - Isaac randomly poops scatter butt bombs. While wearing the poop suit Isaac is immune to butt bomb explosions.
7) Spider Bro - Turns all enemy spiders into blue spiders. Works on bosses as well.
8) Giant Power Pill - Multiroom power pill ability that lasts for 30 seconds.
9) Giant Mushroom - Increased size, damage up, and stompy ability. Immunity to bomb rocks.
10) Super Sneakers (Requires installing Super Sneaks mod) - Massive speed up. When Isaac gets hit he drops coins. If Super Sneaks mod is not installed Giant ? Block won't spawn the item.

Known Issues:
1) In order to use stuff from other mods I had to name my zzzGiantQuestionBlock to guarantee the other mods would be loaded first. I don't know how to get around this.
2) If the player picks up Super Sneakers in an item room, Giant ? Block will remove it the next time the player gets hit. I don't know how to keep Super Sneakers from spawning as it's not my item.
3) If the player has Poop Suit and a butt bomb is randomly generated, it counts towards the "Oh Crap" transformation
4) Poop Suit is supposed to protect against butt bombs, but protects against all bomb drop explosion. Hmmm.
5) Likewise Lava Flower is supposed to protect only against Fire Mind damage, but protect against all of Isaac's self tear damage (i.g. Ipecac)
6) Giant ? Block is too op with Holy Mantle, the player has two hits of invincibility. Also the damage protection doesn't work as my callback isn't called until after Holy Mantle has already proc-ed. Doh.
