Final Fantasy VII Planet

Description
For my first Civ 5 map, I decided to make the planet from Final Fantasy 7, otherwise known as Gaia.

I strategically placed some Natural Wonders to simulate some landmarks from the the original game, but the resources are randomly scattered.

The map supports around 10 - 12 full civs.

Size is 82x78.

Had a blast playing this map. 8 ish civs and 12 ish city states. Ended up being very tactical.

I can't get this to work because the map doesn't show up in the map list. Is it not compatible with the expansions? I have both G&K and BNW installed.

Just finished a game on this map, and I loved it. There was no aluminium on the map, which actually made it more of a challenge :)

I take back my size complaints. So this map is really great and a ton of fun to play. With this said I recommend manually adjusting your game to only spawn 8-10 full civs and 8-10 citystates. Specifically this map has a good size but a number of narrow areas, which really helps create interesting combat bottlenecks. Unfortunately this also creates settling conflicts, as the narrow + not enough unique spawn locations causes weirdness when there are too many city states.

Outside of that with 8 civilizations and 10 city states I've had a blast playing this map! Thanks!
