Description
Inspired by Le Corbusier's cellular apartment housing from his Contempory City book.

This condominium is short enough to let in natural light into the lower residential levels in temperate areas. It has a court yard but even better place to relax is on the green roof. Green roofs help decrease the urban heat island effect and decrease and sewage usage. L2 residential Ploppable RICO file included.


This has a low poly LOD with UV unwrapping so it should look decent from a distance.

I darkened the grass.
