Welcome to the one-of-a-kind Stargate SWEP known as the Tollan Phase Device. Phase devices were carried on a person's wrist to allow person-sized objects to pass through solid matter. Not only do these devices allow the carrier to pass through walls and doors, it can also be used to pass through Earth's Iris. The phase-shifter can also be used on animals, such as cats.

FAQ
1. How do I phase through walls?
Look at a wall and left-click to phase through it.
2. How do I get through my friend's iris/shield?
Stand near a Stargate that you dialled to your friend's base and right-click to be sent there like a real boss!
3. Where is the weapon?
It is in the CAP menu.
4. Do I need CAP for this?
Yes. Get it here.

You do have a point about that. Pure energy would not allow anything to phase through.

I dont think you should make it so you can go through the Goa'uld and Atlantis irises because they are pure energy they are not actual solid objects. That is why you never see the Tollans go through a Goa'uld irses.

I get this Error everytime I use this: Error Vertex File for 'weapons/V_hands.mdl' checksum 1651625002 should be 1004341739

Is it possible you could make it so you can't go through the Atlantis iris and the Goauld iris (the shields)? Also, currently using it on the Goauld iris causes you to get stuck.

This needs CAP integration, like add this along with the replicator disruptor and it may be good enough for a github commit (idk really)
