Kekistan Insignias/Patches

Adds four Kekistan flag insignias to use as patches either through the mission editor or the "insignia" tab in virtual arsenal. These include both digitally printed and stitched patches, each in a dark and bright variant. This works on any uniform that can use patches, unlike the other mod on the workshop that only applies them to a few specific uniforms and hats.
