Communicate Outside the Box

Description
Inspired by "Drug containers - total isolation" from Michal58. The intended solution is unrelated, though, according to the author.

In the present level, you must send half of the output to the exit labelled "B", while following the same rythm as the "C" output. The problem is to learn when a "C" output is coming. You get a signal in a conduit, but this conduit ends in a closed-off area: you can't make any block pass through the "field" at the top of the area. How are you going to pass information from this signal outside the enclosed area?

At least one older level explored using a lifter, but there is another way---lifters are disabled here.

my solution was 129 footprint, 186 blocks total

It took me a bit to figure out a viable method, and even longer to get it to not break. This was very satisfying to get working.

I wasn't sure how to catch the first block when it was sent really early.

Did I overcomplicate it? I feel like I'm not sure how to make this more efficient, while also actually being consistent. Here's a picture of what I did (spoilers): https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3174258305

It took me a while, but i finally got a proper solution without the conduit feedback "cheat", but actually transmitting the signal from inside to outside the box.
After some optimisation I ended up with 124/66/12 (the cycles being dependent on the randomness of course)

I did it! Spoiler-free screenshot: http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=940985863
282 footprint, 363 blocks.

Yeah, I exploited the two way nature of the conduit as well, but then I also built a proper solution. It's a monstrosity and it is not infinite thought. Also, note that in "Drug containers - total isolation" something like this isn't the intended solution.

I've thought of a way to transmit information outside of the box, but it's going to take me a while to build a solution around it.

I can't figure these things out, but I know how to cheat! http://i.imgur.com/ShWWm89.gif

Ok, so over 500 blocks finally did their job :D
