will I be banned if I play with this mod in a network game?

I like it but the rigging did come out a bit odd however that happens with boneweighting the process is an absolute nightmare

I have 2 ideas for characters: Kenny from the Walking Dead Game, and Ghost from MW2

here is an idea for a new weapon, it is for the melee class, it is a long carbon stainless steel sword that reflects a little bit, left click with attack with a fast cut, right click will use a strong hit that strikes the blade with lightning, has 3 lightning attacks before it has to be refilled, the lightning sword attack deals emp damage, and using both attacks at once will turn a flamethrower like effect that deals fire damage, it also pulls from the lightning reserve, seems fun, if you use the special attack and you have no reserved ammo for this, it lets you throw the sword and it explodes, this sword is unlocked when all classes are leveled up to max

here is an idea for the priest
a hat/hair/beard cosmedic, a shiny halo, a thicker beard, and a dark pair of shades, as one piece of decoration, it changes color based on the other color selections for body and head

here is an idea, for a new mask, it has a metal sharp tooth jaw, with a kevelar hood and a bandage wrapped forehead, and a thicker red reflective glass on the goggles
here is an idea for a new clothing , it has black gloves, a metal shirt collar, a obsidian black steel armor braces on the shirt, and a thin black kevelar reskin of the normal shirt,
and a other varity that has a dual sword carryer on the back of the shirt,

well this model is rigged perfectly except the third person character, somehow it makes the character looks like deform their armature/bone.
