how to make custom skins?

This mod isn't working anymore. Could you update it ?

No please, let it rest! Even a proper mod, with the proper G&P tank combat realism (Yes tanks are night imposible to destroy on the ranges they fight in the anime AND they can aim and shoot wile driving, something imposible in the game PLUS its either direct one hit OR crippled all the time because engine). So pls, let it rest in peace. Rather do something similar for WOTB or WT instead, those games SADLY are the future atm. (given they could be challanged by the 2 G&P games of Japan, yet with no western release its imposible to say)

Why?

Yeah it's probably not going to work till I reupload it to work with the latest version, which I havn't done because I've been summoning the will to intall the game after the mess of off map artillery and eugen-tier balancing decisions pounding the fun out of the experience caused me to uninstall the game, write down the CD key and then throw it away in a symbollic gesture of my annoyance.

Click mod centre,Click active,Click apply,Relauch game,nothing happend !!! ACTIVE still empty
