About Prop:
Sorry. Really sorry. Personally I only make modds that do not change the rules of the game. I'm first interrested by management in game. I made modds for Cities XXL and I could see how the XLN modders destroyed the strategic spirit of this excellent game.
Also I do only growable modds and this I don't know how to make other modds.
