New York Challenge Scenario

Description
Welcome to New York City! The city is on the verge of great change, high rise buildings have just been researched and the borders are ready to expand. But the city has many problems that will need to be solved, there is no mass transportation, no healthcare, no education, polluted water, and there is no disaster response. Good luck!

positives :
loads for me just fine
doesn't need Natural Disasters, doesn't use any mods

negatives :
there are no conditions at all
it's basically a NY beginner save on one square where you can expand the city from RL on the additional squares or just try to squeeze in public transport into the densely built city

Don't work. Locks up while loading.

Hi. Was excited to try your scenario but not loading for me. Just stays on loading screen :-( Is there anything I should know or try?
