UU: White War Elephant (Knight)- Costs 135 Production. Produces culture and golden age points per unit killed. Free Woodsman Promotion.

UB: Martial School (Library) - Besides the normal library benefits, it provides 2 XP per 2 Citizens to all units built in the city

Because of ASEAN 2017, if all of the Southeast Asian civs were to be completed on time but there has been one serious problem regarding @regalmanemperor and the Light In The East mod that fail to develop the Laos civ on time as detailed in the thread (https://steamproxy.net/workshop/discussions/18446744073709551615/1480982338948169450/?appid=8930)

Also, @Chrisy15 fails to make the Ho Chi Minh Vietnam mod as well and would pay heavily for this desertion from Civ V modding, and the Our World group led by @SuperWaffle that failed also to develop the Sukarno Indonesia mod as well due to desertion

All of ASEAN civs are not complete...
