Japari Park unique unit that replace Builder. In addition to the default ability of Builder, Faster Movement in Woods, Rainforest and on Hill terrain. Can embark at Animal Husbandry.

Japari Park UB : Japari Cafe

Japari Park unique building that replace Water Mill.
While Japari Cafe loses the default abilities of a Water Mill, it instead Grants 1 Japari Manju, a uniquely manufactured Luxury resource which provides +4 Amenities. Coffee resources gain +2 Culture each.
City doesn't need to be adjacent to a river.
