An item from the Mental Disorders Mod.

"Isaac gains buffs if two of his pickups (bombs, keys, coins) are of the same amount. The buff given depends on which two pickups are of the same amount. If two pickups are not of the same amount then Isaac gains a small debuff instead.
Bombs and Keys: Increases damage by 1.2 if the same, decreases damage by 0.3 if not
Coins and Bombs: Decreases tear delay by 1 if the same, decreases by 1 if not.
Keys and Coins: Increases speed by 0.2 if the same, decreases by 0.1 if not.
If all the pickups are the same number (e.g. 0 bombs, keys and coins) then isaac fires two extra tears and all other bonuses are doubled."

Ok i remebered the name and its diffrent its called "equality!", it doubles items if all your pickups are equal, these two would work well together

Also if you don't know the name then that's not super helpful

I can't remember the name of it but there is already an trinket that does this.
