Ringworld Home Habitably Fix

Description
Ringworld Home has a flaw.

I don't like to admit it, but it's true. It refuses to play nice with the Synthetic ascension path. In particular, choosing the perk "The Flesh is Weak" causes all pops to switch to the Ringworld Habitably trait. Since every other planet type has 0% habitability with this trait, it clearly caused some problems.

This mod provides a fix for this problem in a very rough way- it simply makes all other planet types have 65% habitably for species with the Ringworld Habitably trait. Since the 0% habitably never really made sense to me, I don't think it breaks the game that badly.

This mod also overwrites the "00_habitability_traits", so it can cause problems with other mods.

Is this still needed?

None of my other mods replace the file that affects habitability here. :)

@DragunovV and @Mansen- Checking takes a bit of doing (authors should really list it in the main post, but not all do), and unfortunately, a number of slopily-coded mods- such as AlphaMod- tend to overwrite that file.

Same here, although I have several other mods running. Not sure how to check if anything else overwrites that habitability file.

Nope. It just says 100% Ringworld.
