I felt dissatisfaction with leaders recruitment in vanilla Stellaris and thus created this small mod to hire younger leaders (no way I would recruit 50 years old leader, knowing that he/she can easily die after next 22 years!) and refresh leaders pool quicker.
Sadly, simular mods are either outdated or change balance in much greater ways.

My idea comes that leaders should be hired soon after reaching matured age or when they still receive high/postgraduate education:
Leader's min age: 18
Leader's max age: 29
If they become older while not being hired then they will find a path in life on their own.

On the other side heirs would be way more important for star nations. So their minimum age would be the bare minimum of what can be considered enough to rule an empire on their own:
Heir's min age: 14
Heir's max age: 21

This mod overwrites several defines with the help of it's own file. Touched defines:

LEADER_AGE_HEIR_MIN
LEADER_AGE_HEIR_MAX
LEADER_AGE_MIN
LEADER_AGE_MAX

It shouldn't cause any issues with other mods that do not touch these defines.
