PS. Maybe, when I get a good idea, I may make an another mod. About sectors, "regions", dominions and freeports. About greater control over your vassals. About greater impact of unhappy factions. About more important "faction attraction". About civil wars and insurgencies. About plotting in AI empires. About holy wars, more often independence wars. About changing totally the fleet cap and changing the tactics of doomstacks to tactics of several about-equally strong fleets. About better federations, unions and confederations. About The Enemy, unknown, yet terrifying.
But that thing'd need a damn lot of coding.. and in these terms, I am still a newbie.
Notepad++ works great
