Description

Enables a little indicator on build designators if power is needed or if it's refuelable.
Should work with every mod.

@hatanh0475. Oxygen Not Included. I took my interface from mods partially, but some of the Interface elements are missing.

@pick Hello the past. Like for real. Dev nowaday so heavily rely on modder to do their jobs it's astounding how their UI is worst than other game like Oxygen Not Included.
Everything they have is like a "copy & paste" sort of thing instead of handcraft themself like in other game.
