Description
As it does today the North London Line carries vast volumes of freight across the capital to and from various destinations. One such destination was the shell refinery at Thames haven in Essex, starting in Willesden yard take a long oil train to Barking where we will take on board a second man for when we arrive at the Refinery.

A most pleasant ride through the northern suburbs on a somewhat gloomy day, a chance to look at the scenery. I took the liberty to change the shiny TTAs to a rather more colourful and weathered look which to my ancient eyes does look a little more realistic, nevertheless a great scenario for which I am most grateful for the work that has gone into it, thanks, Bill B.

Excellent scenario. My first freight on the GoBLin. Strange though to see DC stock (415) on an AC line! Arrives in Barking 10h10.
