Description
"Chain reaction + luck up!"

Adds a brand new passive item to the Treasure Room pool!

Spawns two coins on pickup.

When an enemy dies, there is a lucked based chance for 4 tears to be shot in a cross pattern in their last position.
Chance for the effect to happen is capped at 50%.

Synergizes with Brimstone, Dr Fetus, Technology and Tech X.
Can be found in the Treasure Room pool.

A little underpowered, i would say. Maybe increase capped chanse or decrease needed luck or something

looks really cool, but, it dosent change colors with the brimstone beam for items like ipecac and number one, also its not in the main pack, so i dident see it at first
