Description
Hi again.
I glad to present you my new asset from Sochi (Krasnodar Region), a city of XXII Olympic winter games.
New asset based on villas of Arfa hotel complex - luxury hotel complex of Sochi.


In game:
- default: unique building;
- RICO: residential low;
- after dark;
- 5 homes;

If you don't have RICO this building will be a monument in game without workplaces and other features.

This asset is great, a shame the LOD on this one doesn't quite look as great, it's a strange yellow.

These assets are great, keep them coming! I noticed the LOD on this one doesn't quite look as great as the others, it's a strange yellow and doesn't match the building. I'm using it regardless, it's fantastic, just wanted to show you!
