Megas (SV) from Megas XLR

Description
Living here in Jersey, fighting villains from afar
Ya gotta find first gear in your giant robot car...

Don't let the SV designation fool you, Megas is 55.5 meters tall.

Everybody's favorite big blue bruiser robot from the series Megas XLR is reproduced in all its glory.

I had to take a few liberties here and there with the design, owing to the limitations of the block selection in Empyrion and the fact that the source material is actually rather inconsistent on the size, color and placement of Megas and all its parts.

The cockpit, naturally, is Coop's 1970 Plymouth Barracuda convertible, with ample seating for your weaselly sidekick, smartass redhead, and more! The car also has a minifridge, for storing your Megaslushes and Big Glugs. To close the convertible roof without getting out, simply toggle ship power off and on again.

Inside Megas (interior access hatch on the rear of the torso, just under the "engine") there is a Secondary Command Bridge, just like in the show. Not that it's much use, what with not being able to see out from there and all! It's not as big as the inside is depicted in S1E05 "Buggin the System," what with hallways and cavernous rooms and whatnot, but it is pretty big! Big enough to divide sections off with doorways, anyway!

Megas is a big AND heavy, though (almost 1000 tons), and needs over 900 RCS units to maneuver. So it is very, VERY power thirsty. Hope you got a lot of fusion cells. Top off the tanks with those and you should get an hour or two of flight under heavy maneuvering conditions. Also, even from the car/cockpit, visibility isn't the best, but whatcha gonna do.

As the game doesn't allow for articulated joints yet, Megas' arms, legs, and hands don't actually move. So, I picked the most appropriate pose I could think of for it to be frozen in. Flippin the birds, double deuce style.

I haven't actually put any weapons on it in this blueprint, but that is on purpose - the show was never consistent about what weapons Megas had, and where they were located (they mostly just popped up out of nowhere/hammerspace). So, I leave it to you to stick weapons on the outside of Megas in your favorite configuration (Super Destructor Mode not recommended). I've had the best luck with a mixture of plasma cannons and rocket launchers. I've also left it to you to decide if and where you want any docking blocks, which you'll need to dock Megas to a CV if you want to carry it through warp.

Be advised, Megas is "Size level" 10, which some servers may not actually allow in their configurations. Your single player games should be fine though. Megas needs sathium and neodymium, but none of the more exotic elements to build, so you should be able to find everything you need to build it in without having to warp.

So come on, go ahead... build Megas. You know you want to.
You dig giant robots.
I dig giant robots.
Chicks dig giant robots.
Nice.

@JDaremo Fireheart Well, that's somebody's artwork, and I wouldn't feel right about using it. I did, however, include the show's opening in the thumbnail montage

Looks really cool. Never saw the show so I had to google it. Would have been nice if you added an original image.
