Boom time on Scotland Line (1-6)

Description
Imagine....the route has not been closed down back in the mid 60s, but it got decided to further invest around rails and infrastructure as such. To be able to cope with such 'boom-times' you will support the local teams by taking over a variety of tasks.....which will finally bring you from Carlisle (part-1) to Stranraer (part-6).
Each part starts where the previous one has ended, so finally you explore the entire route.
If you like the Class-37-diesel and all around freight and goods and if you also like the era (1962) and area with industrial zones as well as single-track sections, embedded in a beautiful (Scottish) landscape, you may give this set a try.

Required DLCs:
1. Western Lines of Scotland Route Add-On
2. Weardale & Teesdale Network Route Add-On
3. European Loco & Asset Pack (which will be in your library anyway if you have above routes)

In Part-1 you deliver your load to a siding right before Carlisle and then you pick-up a new load which you need to deliver to Eastrigg. It's a really busy morning around Carlisle, so you will realise you are not 'alone'...

I very much appreciate the attention to detail and work that's gone into these scenarios. They really bring the route to life!

Hi chris, great to see that you give this series a try as well. It's from my early days starting to create scenarios. It will let you explore the entire route until you get to Stranraer.... and then back to Carlisle in parts 7-9.... So, many thanks once more for your kind feedback and I hope you will enjoy your journey with the Class 37 on the other parts. Cheers, Coasty

Looking forward to this series on one of my favourite routes, and I do enjoy driving the Class 37. Part 1 usual well thought out scenario, excellent AI - enjoyed aiming between the two trains in Carlisle Station-, great attention to detail, well executed scenario. Managed not to run any of those naughty passengers near the line at Eastrigg. Certainly a busy day for the Engineering Department. Great fun thank you Coasty.

Hi duncanhurley, many thanks for your kind feedback and for taking the time to play all 9 parts of this series. Great to see that you have enjoyed it and indeed it's a marvellous route. If you want more, maybe my "Busy Monday on Woodhead Line"-series may attract your interest as well. Another 6+1 parts with the Class 37. Just click on my name, open my "Profile" and then you will find "Workshop items" on the right hand side of the screen, which will show you all scenarios I have published. Maybe I'll hear from you again :-) Cheers, Coasty
