Tropical Pond

Description
A large tropical pond with a café for adding some beauty and happiness to your city.

There's a walkway around area, simply to discourage th cims from walking all over the pond.
The pond needs to be built on very flat ground. It is intended for tropical maps. If you use it with other themes, the in-game tropical plants will change into something else.

And...
Your botanical garden is also wonderful!
Today I played with a flowerbed that suits it. : D

Thanks again to all creators!

@ kano: Thank you! And yes, of course you can make a new version for yourself. Just don't publish it in the Workshop. If you must publish it, please mention the orinal asset (= I don't like people just changing a few trees/props and then claiming the whole thing as their own creation).

Really beautiful water surface! I am thankful for sharing.
Could you allow me to remake a little for my map? (So that gathering shims look better)

Yes, the problem with props is that they disappear at some point when you zoom out. This one doesn't :) I spent several hours looking for photos for a perfect texture and then UV mapping it, so I'm glad people appreciate it!

O.O Holy cow! Just when I thought I had found the pond with the best water texture, I see this :D And you modeled it into a park, which I think means that its LOD works better than the prop version of a pond that I used for the Chinese garden? Genius work! :)

@ MrMaison: Thank you! I could not have created this without the custom trees and bushes (for example lantanas hiding an awkward seam on the water texture).
