Adds Omashu under king Bumi from avatar the last airbender

UA: Heritage of Omashu: essentially Rome crossed with India
UB: Rock Candy Shop, stone works but, helps desert growth
UB: Bender Post Office, Caravansary, adds production do deserts and grants happiness

Rock candy shop is absolutely busted, if you want some fair play with this civ, you'd need to rework it.

Im gonna add screenshots tommorow. Take my word everything is done. This is my fist civ that ironically has no military focuses in it's UA or Uniques as it is primarily built to prosper in the desert where most die. I recommend using a mod that enables moroccos unique to all civs as it would give tremendous advantage to them
