Description
I absolutely reccomend using these other mods (although they aren't required) to get the most out of these decals properly:
Move It
Prop Precision

You can also use this mod to easily locate the decals, just search for "♥♥♥" or "gpro".
"Find It" Mod

=========================================================================
Update 1:
- Added new workshop and asset menu icons.
- Allowed asset for use in all game and editor modes.
- Changed the lights to blink. (Since it's only the illumination layer blinking, it can only be seen in the dark)

@yungnagda1137 The red barrier is another asset I'm currently working on, I'll be pushing it out when I feel like it's more complete as it still needs more work done on it.

@ggianfra The prop should now be located under the "Common > Street" props category. I tried to find an option to bring it to the decorations tab but the asset editor wouldn't load the prop in there so where it's situated will have to do.

The prop is still placed in the wrong category "unsorted". This category is not shown in the "asset editor", so the prop can not be used

@Stoked_Dude Things like that can only be done in the building/park editors; the prop editor is just a bit more restricted than the other editors unfortunately. I can however make the illumination image blink which would work better, but that causes all the lights to blink at the same time.

I have a possible solution, put two blinking orange light into the model and hide it inside.
