Armored-Tier1-SV

I thought the Tier1-SV was a great vehicle but underpowered and needed an upgrade for mid to late game. I replaced all steel blocks with armored steel, added many improvements, and added armored glass to protect as much of the internals as possible. I also changed the design somewhat and completely retextured and painted the entire vehicle.

Please don't reupload/modify without crediting me and the Empyrion team.
Constructive feedback is appreciated, and I hope you enjoy!

P.S. I don't play pvp, so I don't know how viable it would be in that environment.

b) Moved O2 Station so it is accessible from the outside(check screenshot for location)
c) Changed some textures and repainted several blocks to match the color scheme
d) Added some shutter block windows over thrusters to protect them from enemy fire

a) Added 4 more RCS
b) I didn't like the railguns, so I removed them and added 2 more plasma and 2 homing missle launchers
c) Continued to tweak the colors a little bit and made sure textures were uniform throughout
d) Switched around some of the shutter blocks so they all face the same direction
e) Had a hard time seeing enemies up close so I added red lighting all around to illuminate the ground
