Hadrius's Earth Empire led by Kuvira

Description
An addon to Arendelle's Avatar the last Airbender mods of my design that adds the Earth Empire.

Trait: Earth Empire
Land unit Mainteneance reduced by 20%, 30% Incease to combat bonus of great generals. -25% happiness loss for number of cities.

UU: Earth Panzer (Replaces Tank, has armour plating I, Logistics and repair.
strong combat bonus on open terrain and vs melee and armor units. Weaker especialy to air and hovering units.

UU2: IronClad Legion (Replaces the Pikemen, availible at Metal Casting)
.Infantry Replacement with strong vs armour bonuses

Tips: Don't attack Helicopters or the Avatar it will go bad for you!
This civ is EXTREMELY AGGRESIVE and VERY MANNIPULATIVE!

Also. Plans for a balance patch.
Other Uniques will eventually include a fire nation unique aeiral warship as well as an air nation faster airship. A debuffed version of the water tribe snow based buildings will be added. Etc.

I'm only getting a weird file full of symbols and when opened in notepad ++ I got the tech assets and terrain feature assets files but nothing in the downloaded item can actually run.
