Double Starting Research Slots

Description

Inspired by this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/hoi4/comments/5yj2b8/my_gripe_about_research_the_current_system_makes/

I doubled the research slots every nation starts with. 2->4, 3->6, 4->8.

Research slots from national focuses are untouched

Updated for 1.5 Cornflakes

wonder why it brings stats down to 1, I was playing as the soviets and the good generals because shit and the shit was just shit.

It still works but it alters the status of all majors countries back to the older versions

For some reason this reduces all general stats to 1. I tagged to other countries and it did it to every country in the game too.

does anybody else have the problem with all generals losing their Traits like Brilliant Strategist, Armor Expert and stuff
