Description
Adds an effect to one of the XCOM EU/EW voicebanks in order to make it sound more like a salarian from the Mass Effect games. These voice lines will not sound as good as the salarian voice lines ripped straight from the game, but they should sound somewhat similar.

==Q and A==
Q: Why aren't you doing female voicebanks for the salarians?
A: So far, all of the female voicebanks that I have tested have either sounded no different to the original voice lines (so why bother doing it) or have been too "chipmunky" (which is annoying to listen to in-game and while putting the pack together). I'm not opposed to doing a female voicebank for the salarians, but it has to sound salarian; otherwise, it would just be a waste of time for me. I am working on it. (One of the good things to come out of Mass Effect Andromeda was at least three examples of non-Dalatrass female salarians)

Q: Why not use the XCOM2 voicebanks?
A: Oddly, the XCOM EU/EW voicebanks were easier to find in the SDK.

Q: Will you do voicepack mods for the other Mass Effect species?
A: I have no current plans to do the other species.

==Audio Errors==
Please let me know if there is an issue with the volume level or any other audio errors. I can't guarantee that I can fix the problem, but I will see what I can do.

Salarian Voices tend to be a bit more higher pitched. Look at Mordin for this. They also speak just a smidgen faster.

I fully admit that these lines do not sound as good as lines ripped straight from the Mass Effect games, but they should sound good enough for a generic XCOM salarian recruit.

If you don't mind me asking, what characteristics about the voice lines doesn't make it seem salarian enough?

@Decept: plus, could just say they speak a bit slower because they found out it annoyed their human allies.

@Decepticrew Thanks for the feedback, but as long as it sounds close enough to salarian, I'm not going to change it. The reason is because even a minor speed increase, would involve me having to redo the voicepack from scratch; which is a lot of work for something I won't be able to notice when I'm editing the lines. (Plus, a new ME game is coming out in a few days so I probably won't be modding for a while)

Salarians speak a little faster, might help to speed the voices up a bit if you can, otherwise, they sound nearly salarian. Keep up the good work :3
