Military Command Bunker

Description
Military outpost featuring four garages plus an open courtyard for vehicles and four rooftop landing pads. Advanced constructors have been placed in strategic locations for easy access. Two agricultural labs...one on each side.

Made from combat steel and armored windows and doors. Weapons include a mix of artillery, flak, plasma, cannons, and miniguns.

In tis case the red should simply be indicating that it's above the recommended size class. There shouldn't be any problems with the blueprint.

interesting, when I put this into my factory, my size class is 17 and it's red. any thoughts?

If you want to edit it in creative without having it collapse open up the console(using the ~ key) and type in si off. That will turn structural integrity off and prevent unfortunate accidents while working on something.

If I recall correctly I placed it on an upper level in the central tower that wasn't accessible.
