When you're a grumpy old man who wants to have a garden, you need a house that won't eat up a lot of space so you can have a big back yard. This house is the ideal home for such a person, or perhaps for a family with a little boy who happens to be quite a menace. Or maybe you're just a family who wants a decent home without a garage... You know what, I don't know who you are, but you're going to like this house.

This house covers the level 3 and 4 ranges of low-density residential, with two lots for both 2x2 and 4x2 sized lots with expandable backyards. The level 3 lot is fairly basic but very well upkept, where as the level 4 lot (pictured in the preview) has the house on a concrete slab and features a swimming pool.

Due to being so low-poly, the automatically generated LOD model is fine for it.
